Sale of properties:
In the area of Rekawa and its surroundings we arrange the sale of different types of properties, be they properties adjacent to the beach or inland properties, or those situated close to towns. At the moment we offer properties of 2,000–6,000 sq. m close to the house shown on the attached photos. We negotiate the sale implementation with our clients individually. In general, it can be stated that it is a routine practice that we fly with a client to Sri Lanka where we accompany him/her at negotiations and inspections of properties.
At present there is a law in Sri Lanka that when buying or selling a property, foreigners have to pay a 100% tax on the property price. The current property prices start at 20 EUR per sq. m.

Description: This property is situated in the middle of a splendid beach about 3 km long that can be seen on the photos.
Area: The property has an area of 2,000 sq. m and it is adjacent to the beach. The property is easily accessible by car.

Description: This property is situated in the middle of a virgin beach about 3 km long, in close vicinity to our bungalow. There are full-grown palm trees on the property. It is easily accessible by car, and 1–4 small houses can be built on it. At the edge of the property there are water mains and an electric line. The property is 40 m wide just like the beach. The property is adjacent to the beach.

Description: This property is situated in the middle of a virgin beach about 3 km long, close to a recreation residence of German owners with a small restaurant. There are full-grown palm trees on the property. It is easily accessible by car, and 1–2 small houses can be built on it. At the edge of the property there are water mains and an electric line. The property is adjacent to the beach.
Area: 2,350 sq. m.

Description: This property is situated about 5 km from the town of Tangalla. Commencing at its eastern side is a several kilometres long beach. The property has a sloping access, about 20 m long. A car can be driven to the very border of the property. A house can be built there. At the edge of the property there are water mains and an electric line.

Bungalow at Rekawa
Description: We would like to offer you accommodation in a private bungalow in the area of Rekawa. The house is adequately equipped and, as it has two twin beds, it is suitable for accommodating four persons. Rekawa is a completely quiet area with a small bay where you will find total privacy. You will get to know the local people’s life without being troubled by tourist fuss. We will arrange your transfer from the airport to the house by an air-conditioned bus (the price of a single journey is about 100 USD per vehicle); then, at your request, trips to national parks, mountain areas, etc., everything according to the customers’ wishes.
Cena: The price of a bungalow rental for 1–4 persons is CZK 2,000 a day.
